1. Scope of Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery / Fulfillment Policy describes the methods, timelines, and procedures for the delivery of professional deliverables, statutory filing certificates, and software access provided by Monitrix Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Monitrix") to its clients.

2. Electronic Delivery of Digital Deliverables

All legal documents, statutory certificates, and compliance reports are delivered electronically. Standard deliverables include:

• Incorporation Documents: Certificate of Incorporation (COI), PAN & TAN alloted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and Board Resolutions.
• Tax Registrations & Acknowledgements: GST Registration Certificate (Form REG-06), GSTR filing acknowledgement receipts, Income Tax ITR-V filing receipts, TDS returns acknowledgements, and Form 16/16A.
• IP & Business Licenses: Trademark Application filing receipts (TM-A with application number), Trademark Examination Reports, Trademark Registration Certificates, DGFT Import Export Code (IEC) e-certificates, and MSME Udyam registration certificates.
• Monibook Cloud SaaS Credentials: Software account access credentials, login links, and user activation emails are delivered immediately upon account creation or subscription checkout.

3. Delivery Channels

Deliverables are transmitted through the following official channels:

1. Monitrix Client Portal: Uploaded directly to your dedicated client vault at https://iportal.mymonitrix.in, accessible 24/7 with secure login.
2. Registered Email: Emailed as password-protected or signed PDF attachments to your primary registered email address.
3. WhatsApp / SMS Notifications: Real-time alerts with direct download links sent to your registered mobile phone.

4. Standard Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on whether the deliverable is subject to external government approval:

• Monibook Cloud SaaS: Instantaneous (within 5 minutes) upon payment confirmation.
• GST & ITR Filing Acknowledgements: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours of client document and OTP approval.
• Company Incorporation & MCA Approvals: Application filed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving full KYC; final COI issued upon approval by the Central Registration Centre (CRC / MCA) typically within 3 to 7 working days.
• Trademark Filings: Trademark Application (TM-A) filed and government receipt generated within 24 hours of client approval; final registration certificate depends on the statutory publication period (typically 6 to 12 months) under the Trade Marks Registry.

5. Physical Shipments (Hardware Tokens & Hardcopy Certificates)

Where a physical product is included or requested (such as a physical cryptographic FIPS USB Token for Class-3 Digital Signatures, or physical stamped share certificates):

• Shipping Carrier: Dispatched via reputed national courier partners (BlueDart, DTDC, or India Post Speed Post).
• Dispatch Timeline: Hardware tokens are programmed and handed over to the courier within 1 to 2 business days of KYC approval.
• Tracking Information: Courier Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link will be emailed and sent via SMS immediately upon parcel dispatch.
• Delivery Transit Time: Typically 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for regional locations within India.
• Shipping Charges: Standard domestic delivery is free for all all-inclusive incorporation bundles. Express courier or international parcel delivery will be quoted transparently prior to dispatch.

6. Non-Receipt of Deliverables
